Ever wondered what it would be like to contribute to a book?

Would you like to take part in the development of an eBook? A book that reveals gender blind spots and habits that can get in the way of advancement and skill development at work? Decades of research tell us that women and men do not differ in abilities, skills, intelligence or talent. And today women don’t lack credentials or ambition. So why have we been so slow to close the gender gap in wages and women at senior levels in organizations? One factor appears to be the early socialization of boys and girls in gender culture.

So if you are interested in this topic, want to become aware of gender blind spots and habits (we all have them) and would like to contribute to the area, please come to a discussion session with the author, Delee Fromm. She is both a lawyer and psychologist and the author of the book Advance Your Legal Career: Essential Skills for Success published by LexisNexis.

Preparation for the discussion will involve reading several draft chapters.

Refreshments will be provided.
