It is a new type of career playbook for women that offers a wide range of career strategies. Gender blind spots (GBS) often impact skill development –positively and negatively – in the arenas of negotiation, communication, self-promotion, presence and leadership.  In this seminar, practical tool and techniques for recognizing and dealing with GBS will be discussed.
