Female Leadership

Join YWL for an exciting event on Female Leadership! Research shows that women have great natural leadership skills, styles, and approachesHowever habits learned in childhood can limit the full potential of women leaders and affect how they are viewed by others.  It may even stop women from taking leadership positions when offered.  During this seminar participants will discover their preferred personal styles, and discuss how and when to use them. Using exercises participants will explore how to develop their leadership strengths to become effective and inclusive leaders.

This seminar is conducted by Delee Fromm, an author, psychologist, lawyer and YWL advisory board member. Her books include Advance Your Legal Career published by LexisNexis, Understanding Gender at Work and A Workbook for Understanding Gender at Work.

Topics Covered in 90 Minute Seminar

  • Leadership Stereotypes
  • Six Leadership Styles
  • Your Leadership Style
  • Factors in Use
  • Being an Inclusive Leader
Payment is required to secure your place. If you are paying by cheque, please email info@youngwomeninlaw.com, so we know to expect your payment. Tickets are non-refundable.
