Wellness Event with ElleTO

YWL is teaming up with ElleTO to offer an exclusive event for our Members! Join us for an intimate 45 minute fitness class followed by a networking reception on April 24, 2024!

Attendees will take their muscle endurance game to the next level in BodyBlast – Elle’s classic, low impact, high energy, full body weight-training class. Using medium to light weights, high reps and super sets – we will work to the beat of the music, pushing through that delicious burn, counting down to the very last rep.
